Miss Sofi 會員卡申請管理須知
VIP申請資格
凡至門市專櫃點消費，一次金額滿NT$6,000（其計算方式以折扣後金額合乎申請標準），即可成為會員，終年均可辦理申請。
Miss Sofi 無發放任何型式VIP Card，一但申請成為 Miss Sofi VIP經核准後，Miss Sof以通知函給VIP。
.Miss Sofi VIP於收到通知函後，即可行使VIP優惠權益，煩請於購物或享受會員優惠活動時於結帳時呈報VIP姓名、出生年月日等相關個人資料，確認個人資料後，方可享有其優惠權益。
VIP申請規範

VIP之有效期間為一年，限本人使用，不得轉借、轉讓。
VIP續卡資格：VIP資格有效期間內，累計金額超過NT$ 12,000，自動續卡一年。
VIP權益規範

享有鞋類商品正品期間85折優惠；折扣期間再95折優惠（僅適用於6折與6折以上的商品折扣）。
享有配件商品正品期間85折優惠；折扣期間再95折優惠（僅適用於6折與6折以上的商品折扣）。
特惠商品恕不再95折優惠。
生日優惠權益：NT$ 500現金券（視同現金，不受折扣約束）
每半年累計金額滿額小禮：每半年累計金額滿NT$30,000，即可獲得Miss Sofi商品折價券NT$3,000元商品抵用券之使用期限6個月）。
第一次申請無法立即享有VIP折扣優惠且第一筆消費金額無法累計。

Terms & Condition of Miss Sofi Membership Privileges

All applicants must purchase NTD$ 6,000 or more for application
Once the applicant gets approved, Miss Sofi will issue a Membership Certificate mailing to the applicant whom begins enjoying the benefits without any official card.
Miss Sofi Members ONLY need to provide the personal information【Name / Birthday Inform】to the sales person to enjoy all benefits before the service made.
The duration of Miss Sofi Membership is ONE year of the applying date; all member ship's privi leges are personal to the Miss Sofi Members and are non-transferable.
Once Miss Sofi Member purchases reach NT$ 12,000 in a valid period, will extend auto- matically one-more-year membership.

15% off at Miss Sofi shops during non-sales period.
Additional 5% off at Miss Sofi shops during sales period 【not applicable for 50% off or up】
Additional 5% off does not apply to the special-offer.
Birthday Gift：NT$ 500 Gift Certificate.
Once Miss Sofi Member's purchases reach NT$ 30,000 within 6 months, will get a NT$ 3,000 Gift Certificate【valid for 6 months】.
Memberships' benefits, privileges and accumulation will not be applied and accepted before applicant's approval.
